  • No. This weekend is open to men whether they are completely new or already experienced in this kind of work.

  • There will be opportunities for sharing, reflection, and group participation, but everything is challenge by choice. You will never be forced to share beyond what feels right for you.

  • The weekend may include men’s circles, workshops, journalling, partner exercises, group discussion, visioning processes, physical challenges, meditation, breathwork, ice baths, and quiet reflection time.

  • The weekend can be emotionally and physically meaningful, but participants are always invited to work at their own pace. The intention is growth, not overwhelm.

  • This is a grassroots camping experience on the land. More details will be provided once the location is confirmed.

  • Camping: Tent, mat/mattress, chair, pillow, sleeping bag, head torch & sunscreen

Food & Drink : All meals are included but please bring plenty of drinking water. At least 2 litres per day per person is recommend.
